Location: West Columbia, SC

Employment Type: Full-Time, Day Shift (Monday - Friday)

What You'll Do

  • Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to develop staffing strategies and search assignments
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Source, screen, and engage a diverse pipeline of candidates using innovative techniques
  • Coordinate interviews, provide timely feedback, and guide candidates through the hiring process
  • Negotiate and extend offers of employment
  • Maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and recommend process improvements
  • Participate in HR and recruitment projects to enhance talent acquisition strategies

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Advanced knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and ATS systems
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and adaptability
